The game itself is super fun and progresses well with lots of customization. Very enjoyable. Update: After hunting down their e-mail, actual reps did actually handle my issue quickly. I did have another purchase issue later, but wasn't charged. They may have server issues. Old complaint: "I was having a lot of fun with this game, but when I attempted to purchase one of the ships (The Warlock), the game froze. Once I reloaded the game I still didn't have the ship but my card was charged."

I haven't enjoyed something like this in a long time. Playing the game is enjoyable, but the part where you can build your own ships. I love it. It's so multifaceted and I'm learning new things that I can upgrade and how it works makes it very enjoyable.There's so much there that'll take me forever to get bored of it.There's always something to work for

Well, I'm 90% sure that my game is bugged. can't open boxes, squads got reset, I'm stuck with red dots saying that things are new, even though there's nothing there. overall, the gameplay is good. I like that the game doesn't suddenly jump up in difficulty, it's VERY smooth and haven't noticed any frame drops. would give 5 stars, but the game needs to get patched first.
