I have spent well over $100 on this game and app and the connection bugs and constant freezing is a deterrent. Then the prizes I dont always get because the game makes you start over when reaching 3 stars. I like the game but I doubt I will be spending any more money until issues are fixed. I think it's unfair to spend money and the product isnt giving what one pays for.

this game is great( I literally had to delete it because it distracted me from work too much). but it has many big problems, like TERRABLE connection issues. too much dependence on watching adds to progress. and many times, monsters can hit you when you are using your abilities. But the game is still great, it just needs to be worked on a bit.

I really enjoy playing this game. There are few bugs which needs to be addressed. 1. The moment 3 stars are achieved in chapter 2, the connection even though it is on wifi starts to reconnect. The only way to get 3 stars is to click on exit and then log back in but the x5 rewards for that level would be lost. 2. In the arena, sometimes there is no opponent to fight. The enemy health shows as 200 and even if the timer runs out, nothing happens. 3. Soul maximum upgrade is not defined.
